Revah was Renée born in Athens, Greece. She studied to be an actress and at the same time attended singing, dance, stage lighting and drawing lessons. She studied photography and since 2001 has been working as a professional photographer. Her love for theatre has influenced the approach to photography every step of the way. As a result, her tendency is to direct images and to perceive the world around us as part of a performance on stage. Her photographs have appeared in magazines and books and she has exhibited her work in numerous group and solo photographic exhibitions. The photographic work under the sea represents an impermeable bond. The relation between light and shadow. The pareidolia effect that the sea bed creates. The way the image penetrates the subconscious.
