Mitrentse Christina
Christina Mitrentse is a multidisciplinary artist, independent Curator and educator. She is known for constructing narratives and poetic ensembles of idiosyncratic institutions through manifold processes of vintage book-sculpture, drawing, screen-printing, and productions of site-specific installations. i.e ‘ATML’ an international Book Art project Initiative and the ‘Wounded Books ‘series, which are included in a major international publication ‘The Word Is Art’ by Thames & Hudson USA and in the Unselfmarked: Reconceiving the Artists’s Book by Uniformbooks UK. She is the founder of Bibliographic Data Flow ,an-ongoing systematic methodology and autonomous Reference Library.
